Many companies operate the same way they would have a decade ago, and even more don’t understand the impact culture has on how the company performs. This session will provide a clear understanding of what an optimum business culture is and is not, as well as provide an overview of different business cultures and what you can do to create a vision for the ideal company culture. We will also discuss what it takes to create an atmosphere in which your employees feel comfortable saying what they are thinking.

    Lee Fredericks is a Territory Manager for Rainbow Treecare Scientific Advancements where he acts as a trusted industry advisor creating fundamental breakthroughs in the green industry pertaining to Plant Health Care by advancing the preservation of trees and shrubs throughout the Midwest. He is passionate about assisting members of the green industry sharing his business and operational knowledge of plant health care. Lee has a B.S. in Business Management and Urban Forestry from University of Wisconsin. Lee is a past Certified Arborist and Certified Landscape Professional.  Lee has over 20 years of experience in several sectors of  the green industry including previously owning a tree care company, managing the 300 acre Grounds Department for a Fortune 500 Corporate Campus, serving as a Branch Manager at The Brickman Group and Business Development Executive for Asplundh. Lee also serves as Membership Chair for Wisconsin Arborist Association, Member of the WI Urban Forestry Council and Logistics Site Leader for Saluting Branches.
