Dr. Travis Bliss is an intellectual property attorney. Prior to attending law school, Travis obtained both a bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources with a focus on agricultural biotechnology. Since graduating from law school, Travis’s practice has focused on procuring, monetizing, and enforcing IP rights for biotechnology and life sciences inventions, including obtaining, licensing, and enforcing patents and trademarks directed toward novel varieties plants.

Although the name is new, a common thread connects our team of intellectual property professionals, most of whom have practiced together for decades, including 18 years with the former Panitch Schwarze Jacobs & Nadel firm, and more recently, 9 years with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
