Mineral wool cubes -- Belagro mineral wool cube provides a healthy root system, strong plant with a good balance of vegetative and generative development and easier management of growth processes. Cubes can be used for direct sowing of the seeds as well as for the pick technology in which the seeds are planted in a mineral wool plug first. Cubes are purposed for growing vegetables and flowers seedlings. Belagro cubes are made of corrugated hydrophilic mineral wool this structure provides high rigidity and mechanical stability of the blocks after wetting. Once the seedlings grow, sprouts in plugs are taken from the propagation tray and transferred to the cubes which have special holes for plugs. Predominantly vertical structure of mineral wool fibers, and drainage grooves on the bottom side of the cubes allow growing seedlings in a "dry" conditions.
